Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a cassettle player, I
bought in your shop two days ago.
The cassettle player was working well only in the first day. Next day while listening to music a sound became hushed. This situation repeated many time that day. The next day it broken down completely.
I can't accept this situation becouse I have paid much money for this device. I was very disappointed because I had bought it for a gift.
The damaged cassette player caused more serious problems with my electric net in my house, with finally demaged my iron too.
I hope you give me my money back for both the cassette player and the iron or you exchange into a new product.
I enclose a copy of these aplliences bills.
