Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writting with a connection of a trip that took place in January 2007 in Venesuella.
First of all, I want to express my disatisfaction with a journey. Our flight was late over 3 hours and in the airplane there was very hot. It was terrible for me because I had asthma and I couldn't breath.
Moreover, my room, in a hostel, was dirty. I felt bad there because I had dust allergy . I had to share my room with somebody else. I couldn't accept that situation because I wanted to spend some time alone.
I expect the refund of half of the costs for the trip or a 50% discount for another trip organised next year.
I am waiting for your guick respond.
