"Requiem for a dream" is a movie about drugs, directed by Darren Arnofsky. It bases on the great book written by Hubert Selby Jr.

    'Requiem' is a story about four lost souls: Sara (Ellen Bustyn), Harry (Jared Lato), Marion (Jennifer Conoly) and Tyron (Marlon Wayers). Sara's dream comes true when she's invited into her favourite game show. Her son - Harry shares his dreams with his girlfriend Marion and a best friend - Tyron. Unfortunatelly, the heroin which is the main unhappiness, destroys the dreams not only of young generation but also older people too. This is about a dark side of the American dream.

    This film also has an amazing soundtrack created by Clint Mensel. The music mixed with incredible images present absolutely the unbelievable effect.

    "Requiem fo a dream" has changed my life definitely. This is the best film I've ever seen. It's a good material to show how dangerous a drug addiction can be. We don't even suppose that it can destroy our dreams.
